This system is designed to address the issues associated with
Weighting issues related to concrete production, with batch processing of aggregates, cement, and admixtures by weight or pulse, and batch control of water addition by weight or pulse (up to 20 Hz). Automatic correction of moisture content and aggregate quantities is possible, with humidity measurement for both types of aggregate based on actual moisture levels. The WRMDB system supports control of up to four scales.
