GENERAL FEATURES

General Characteristics

Weighing transmitter — a digital device for load cells that can convert analog load cells (with mV/V output) into digital ones, and can also be used in conjunction with existing strain-gauge sensors.
The housing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and meets the IP67 protection rating. and has obtained 3-A sanitary standard certification. . Equipped with six LED indicators to display the status of the communication interface. Three M12 sanitary connectors with solder terminals. Dimensions: 90 × 40 × 107 mm, including connectors.

RPSCQC disinfection equipment has been certified by 3-A SSI.
Installation method: Can be mounted via a standard ¼-inch GAS port, either wired or integrated into the load cell body.

16-bit analog output: 0/4–20 mA; 0–5/10 V (optional)
RS485 interface (optional)
RS485 and RS232 can be directly connected without a converter.

The maximum weight calculation rate can reach 500 values per second Moreover, when using PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT buses, the fieldbus data update rate can also reach 500 updates per second.
