GENERAL FEATURES

General Characteristics

The load cell weight transmitter/digital converter converts analog load cells (with mV/V output) into digital load cells and can also be used with existing strain-gauge load cells or sensors.
This system is designed for integrated installation and wiring with load-sensor-equipped vehicle bodies and can be connected via a fieldbus to PLCs from leading international brands.

The IP67 junction box is made of AISI 304 stainless steel or PA66 nylon It is manufactured and reinforced with glass fiber.

Three M12 IP67 connectors.
Dimensions: 90 x 40 x 107 mm, including connector.
Six LEDs are used for communication interface indication.

  • Optional fieldbus protocols: PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, CANopen, CC-Link, CC-Link IE Field Basic, SERCOS III, and IO-Link.
  • Micro USB port
  • 16-bit analog output: 0–4/20 mA; 0–5/10 V (optional)
  • RS485 port (optional)
  • Direct connection between RS485 and RS232 without a converter
  • 2 logic inputs, 3 relay outputs
  • Single loading batch, up to 99 formulas
  • Installation method: wired via a standard 1/4-inch GAS connector or integrated into the load cell housing.
  • Suitable for wall mounting
     

The maximum weight calculation rate can reach 500 values per second , the data update rate of fieldbuses can reach up to in applications using PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT buses. 500 updates per second 。

This instrument can be used with the included free Instrument Manager   Configuration and management are performed via PC software.
