This system is designed to address weighing challenges associated with concrete production and to control the batch processing of aggregates, cement, and admixtures by weight/pulse, as well as to manage the bulk dosing of water by weight/pulse (up to 20 Hz). It can automatically compensate for variations in moisture content and aggregate quantity by measuring the moisture levels of two types of aggregates, depending on the specific conditions. The WRMDB system supports the control of up to four scales.
